So I had (what I thought was) a really good idea for something to draw today.
The only problem is, I don't actually /know/ how to use my editing software, and I wanted to add fire and water textures. :/ I don't know how to draw them, but I feel like this piece could be really cool if I could actually figure out how to do that....
I've been using GIMP for years but I still haven't the slightest idea how it works! D:

I had nothing better to do today other than clean up my profiles online.
So Facebook, Tumblr, Gaia, Writerscafe, and now DA are getting revamped.
I know no one cares but I'm just making this for the benefit of myself; I'm removing all of the embarrassing things I've posted over the years.

Oh, also, since I'm deleting all the old, awful stuff, I'll be uploading some new, awful stuff! In order to try to better my art skills, I'm going to force myself to draw one thing a day. Hopefully I can advance out of the awkward-not-being-able-to-draw-anything-except-shitty-anime-faces stage, and advance on to some (hopefully)

Pretty much the only time I ever upload art is at the end of the semester, after finals!
I always go through my notes and scan in the crappy art I made instead of listening to the professor, so you can tell that finals just got finished (about a week ago actually.)
So there you go, all my crappy little drawings and such. I have better ones that I'm trying to edit, but I use GIMP and I barely understand how to use it .__. So I really would like to get something that gives better quality to my work D:
